A tubal ligation serves to block the Fallopian tubes. The mature ova travels through the tubes on the way to the uterus. If it encounters a sufficient number of viable sperm in the tube, it will be fertilized. Pregnancy occurs when that fertilized ova implants in the uterine wall. But tubal ligations can spontaneously reverse themselves, just as can vasectomies.

Sounds like a psychological pregnancy to me. What's your OB/GYN say?

bloating, missed period, positive test, tender breasts..nausea..Just remember your mind can play huge on your body. It can even trick you into thinking your pregnant. I doubt it though.
