Well don't put your other one in thar cause ya need it to cover any points of entry on your backside.Just in case any dogs or old men are lurking around thar.Just keep a spitting down in the crack till its wet enough to slip it out.Hopefully you got a cold cause snot is beter then spit.Try coughing and a snorting before you spit.If that don't a do it you should lose enough weight in a few weeks where yourn wrist will a be skinny and will come rat out.

I realize there are many things people find down the back of their sofas - but finding your arm would NOT be a pleasant discovery!!! Try sliding it along to the end of the sofa, & gently easing it out.
