you can double-click it and go online to check what program uses it. it goes to www.filext.com. u're lucky that i had just about the same problem and i found out that the file was an image file and the program that created it was PowerISO. guess PowerISO became a well known program for creating cd/dvd images (you can also create floppy disk images - amazing, but a little late for today's technology that doesn't seem 2 use them anymore). If you know where to get the program from, then get it, if not then get a trial version. i fink u have 2 open it with that program and cant extract the files with WinRAR or anything else because i think it uses its own compression system.
