How many of you think that Hillary Clinton...?

How many of you think that it is a good idea for Hillary Clinton, like she promises, to end the war if she's elected? I think it would be a stupid mistake. I think that the Middle Easterners would follow us out of their country and into ours. What do you think? Is it a bad idea or am I the only one who thinks that?

Hillary is going to tell you anything she thinks you want to hear to get elected. Next you will hear about longer lunch hours and free ice cream in study hall. People who have any believe in her are fools and suckers or better yet both. She will not do anything about Iraq. This is all political whining to #1 get your mind off all the damn illegals the democrats are NOT going to do anything about and to win an election in '08. Anyone think that its any kind of noble deserve what they get.

We are doing some good over there, feeding the Local Nationals and giving them clothes and shoes and what not. For the most part though, we are not wanted or needed anymore in that country. When I was in Iraq, we only got attacked once and I know every single part of the country is going to be a little different, but. I don't think it's a good idea to just one day say peace and jump on our planes to leave, but we have built up there country, we taught them how to have a democracy and if we keep holding theirs hands, they aren't going to get it. The longer we stay, the angrier they get. Their civial war is getting out of control. We have trained their army, given them our planes, now it's their turn to defend their own country and our turn to come home and defend ours.

It won't matter what happens there will be refugees that will want to come here. Is it a stupid mistake to extract ourselves from a war we should not be in in the first place? I don't think you are alone, maybe in a minority, but not alone in a desire for America to get out of Iraq fast. That is the reason the Democrats won the election in November.

I disagree. Neos preach doom and gloom to anything that opposes Bush's so called plan. Wars end all of the time without the world ending with it. Ending the war in Iraq does not equate to ending the war on terrorism. Even though I don't like Hillary as a leader.

Politician can promise anything before they are elected and be excused when they cannot fulfill their promise after they are elected. I don't mind a good Democrat to be elected, but, Hillary does not fit that image.

I believe if the "Middle Easterners" want in our country today they can get in pretty easily. There is little change in border security. I assume they travel quite freely across our borders, at their leisure. So your idea that the war in Iraq is keeping out "Middle Easterners" is pretty preposterous, to say the least. The occupation of Iraq is only costing us dearly in the Treasury, in our soldiers' lives, and our standing among the nations of the world.

So to President Clinton, I say, bring the soldiers home and let's work to resolve America's problems peacefully.
