and felt your that there was some kind of something over your lips. and it makes them feel weird? Especially, in the winter.
What is that? It's gross.

I think it's plaque, and yeah, it IS gross. The dry air of winter and sleeping with your mouth open make it happen.

It is probably just chapped lips i would suggest that you just put chap stick on before and after you wake up!!
