Why not!!!
why not, indeed.
apparently it is possible for a man to lactate, i.e. give milk. even as a single parent of three I have never tried this. It sounds as tho it would be unbearably painful!!
medical reason?
The answer is that as embryos men and women have similar tissues and body parts. If anything the embryo follows a 'female template'. That is why nipples are present in both sexes. It is the effect of the genes, the Y chromosome and the hormone testosterone that brings about the changes and masculinises the embryo. Testosterone promotes the growth of the penis and testicles. Because nipples are there before this process begins the nipples stay!

To prove they're mammals, obviously. The distinguishing features of mammals, from whales to mice, are two: having hair and suckling their offspring. This gives us the notorious sentence that demonstrates why our pronouns need overhauling: "Man is an animal who suckles his young."
Clearly, if men didn't have nipples, to demonstrate their theoretical membership in the La Leche League, we could only identify them as mammals by their hairiness. And where would that leave bald guys?

it is because all embryos start off as female so males start to take the shape of a femalesbody first then they produse their own sex organs as soon as the embryos sex is decided through the chromosones etc
