Help I can't use the controller?

I have installed a new game controller but simply cannot figure out how to change the controls from my keyboard to the controller. What am I not doing - im going mad

Hey,

If you have installed a new game controller look on to your reference book on the new game controller. Like, If it is hooked on your computers, go to start - click on Control Panel -click on printers and other hard wares, Click on game controllers or key board . You should be able to figure something out from them.
First click on game controllers , then keyboard.

Hi. Most controllers such as Logitech use a help program that allows you to change the profile for each game. Look for it under "All Programs".
