Oh yes, in fact spicy food is only good going in. After that you get the heartburn and the gas and the occasional runs. Very bad and painful, but so worth it.

Yeah! You do know why that is, right?
Because 1) the capsaicin has more time to leech out (from pepper flesh or seeds), and 2) capsaicin is so chemically stable that it exits your body without breaking down at all. Hence, the heat at the other end.

no ive never had that problem, i can eat tons of hot peppers and it is never spicy coming out. everybody says that but ive never experienced it.
