They say she is but i dont think she is but maybe because they have alot pictures together but that does not really matter and they said they like eachother but i dont think they should go out because Chris Brown and Shad Moss (Bow Wow) are friends and that is nasty.

Ciara or Chris Brown never said they liked each other. Where did you hear that from? Even if they did, Bow Wow still has feelings for Ciara and that would be wrong of Chris to go out with her since he's friends with Bow Wow.

I have never heard of this claim before. Plus, Bow Wow & Chris Brown are friends so I don't think Chris Brown would do his friend like that. Especially when they both are in the public eye.
