I've been wearing baseball hats all my life. It use to p**s my father off at the dinner table. I always had to take it off. Once I had to take it off in a Hungarian restaraunt. That p****d "me" off.
I don't thing the word plight really applies here. Maybe you don't know the meaning to well. Under "search the web"' at the bottom type dictionary. click meriam websters dictionary, enter plight.
That search bar is very handy. It helps me answer some of these Q's.
