By reconnect i'm guessing you mean with a person you once loved, or dated? Well if so, it is not as difficult as you might think. All you have to do is find the person, write him/her a message/letter/phone call.. and see if they might be interested in a cup of coffee, or a friendly dinner. That always is the best way to break the ice... see what develops..
