If it is horrible and they mess up and do something that you told them not to then I would get them to give you that haircut for free! If you don't realize it before you leave then when you get home call the salon back and be like they messed up my hair and they will let you come in and someone else will fix it for free!

complain. If you don't like it that much tell he/she to fix it & your only gonna pay for one cut or neither cut. Then after they fix it never go back there again. Also I'd suggest writing a letter to the owner/manager saying that you weren't happy with the service you go.

I did a and b. I love hats and my head has a shape condusive to very short hair. SO it's all good.
