maximum perfect might want to be to the contact the Indian embassy in Spain itself they're going to be ready to grant u a top steerage in this & u can commence processing your papers consequently. so some distance as i understand u basically isn't in a position to approach your visa formalities from there in spite of the undeniable fact that its larger to ask them.

best would be to contact the Indian embassy in Spain itself they will be able to give u a proper guidance on this & u can start processing your papers accordingly. as far as i know u will not be able to process your visa formalities from there but its better to ask them.

no u cant apply for us visa u have apply if u are in a different country so no u can apply for a us visa
