A string of provisions in the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 .
Justice Minister Cathy Jamieson said the new laws would stop criminals exploiting legal loopholes and make Scotland a safer place to live. Ms Jamieson said: "It will provide justice designed around the needs of the law- abiding many, and not for the convenience of the law-breaking few."

You could try the search engine DOGPILE and put in the keywords there...or you could try civil law as it is not a criminal offense unless they actually do something......Keep trying different keywords and you should find it.......Oh and by the way are you being stalked or intimidated.....
