California was nice when i lived there.... a little slow... I'm from NY.. but right about now I'd take slow over -9...

There is no state that has great year-round weather so I would stay where I'm at in the summer and maybe got to southern Texas in the winter. Hurricanes, tornadoes, fires, mudslides, earthquakes and temperatures over 100 degrees don't appeal to me. I would like to find a state with lower taxes and decent weather. I don't think it exists!

Louisiana, some of what was not destroyed, just because I've always wanted to.
Perhaps south Alabama or the seacoast of
South Carolina because it stays warm there all the time.
