I forgot to latch the dressing room door once at a clothing store and I was buck naked and leaned againt the door and fell out. There were alot of people there and I almost died. I stayed in there for at least 20 minutes before I got the nerve to come out!

I was a cocktail waitress and someone whistled... being the cocky person I am, I turned to find out who was whistling at me and walked right into the wall... drinks and money flew everywhere (and if the person actually WAS whistling at me, I'm pretty sure the spell was broken).
I also leaned back on a water fountain once and drenched the back of my shirt (unbeknownst to me), and was called to the front of the room to receive a prize. I found out 20 minutes later when I sat down that the back of my shirt was soaked, and finally realized what had happened. Nobody even said anything!
I'm not sure which was THE most embarressing. But the story about falling out of the dressing room is priceless! Thanks for sharing!

I was at work and I fell pretty heard.I was running and Tripped over the step latter.Everything went flying even my shoe.I forgotten I had cheese in my hand it went flying also.I so embarrassed I was crying.

My uncle was in McDonald's and it was packed. He sneezed and his dentures went flying out and skidded across the floor. He picked them up, put them in his shirt pocket and promptly left.
