I am liberal, and I by no means support Bush or the administration, however, it's hard to completely write off a presidency and administration as a complete failure (although, Bush comes close). I give Bush credit for dealing with 9/11 in a reasonable fashion (although I by no means condone the CIA's detainment policy-- but bush was not responsible for that). Any president would have struggled with that, and the fact remains that there weren't any significant attacks after 9/11. I think Bush's failures are largely the product of unfortunate circumstances, as much as they are a lack of scope and wisdom. As far as power of mind is concerned, don't you think it's far more difficult to see the positives in a botched presidency-- to see the good despite everything? Anyway, pardon my little diatribe. Hope this helps?

I don't support Bush or this war, and really think bashing a person no matter what their beliefs or opinions are ... are really counter productive...

I am sorry you feel this way...the only other option is being a liberal...and liberals hate freedom and america. It's not common sense...it's fact.
