my printer was disconnected. I put in new ink turned it on and it will not print. what is the probl?

I had my printer disconnected. I put new ink in it connected it, turned it on and it will not print anything. what is wrong? its a lexmark X5250 all in one if that helps. thanks anybody.

Did you REMOVE the protective tape from the cartridges?

Have you installed the DRIVERS for your Printer?

Just turn on the power.

Its an electromechanical device and needs electricity to function.
