When I ran out of (the best product ever, Avons Perfect
EyeCare Cream) I used Neutrogena Anti Wrinkle and Aging Cream, comes in a small white pump bottle. It worked for a while, but I missed my avon, so I went back. Try the ANEW products from Avon, you may be able to find a kiosk at the mall. They are the best, I've been using it for about 10 years, (I'm 40 now) and my skin is flawless
(and typically oily because of nationality). But it works great!

Any over the counter product with Hydroquinone. But if you're willing to spend a lot of money, you should try Lancome's Blanc Expert Neurowhite Advanced Whitening Anti Dark Circles Eye Treatment. There are also very safe cosmetic procedures so do your research.

for the wrinkles i heard haemorrhoid cream is really good however if you have fair skin touch-eclait by YSL is good to use as makeup for dark patches.....if you have darker skin then i would recommend MAC (medium coverage) or PRESCRIPTIVES (create makeup etc to suit your skin tone)
