A home pregnancy test will tell you that you are pregnant but not that you are having an ectopic.
You need to have a trans vaginal ultrasound and blood work to determine this.
I have had two and both times I had a positive pregnancy test and both times the initial ultrasound was mistaken for a normal pregnancy. I never had any abdominal pain, shoulder pain, or anything else that would signal an ectopic.

No, your body produces HCG the same with both. Tubal pregnancy is usually first detected by a pinch pain that starts on one side or the other, increasing in intensity and eventually will bleed. It's best to go in before the bleeding starts. If the fallopian tube ruptures it could mean death in both mommy and baby.

sure, it is going to nonetheless discover the hormone on your urine. in case you have self assurance which you have this being pregnant, be sure to flow to the medical expert asap!! Tubal pregnancies are rather impossible to maintain and implant interior the uterus regrettably :( which im particular would be very disappointing in case you have been attempting for a sprint one :/ wherein case i'm very sorry this might have got here approximately! yet maximum severely suited now, if the being pregnant maintains, a female's fallopian tube can rupture, which if not caught in time might reason death! solid success!!!
