It's probably just buffering; refreshing the connection between your machine and the host server. Wait a few seconds, the video should start again.
If it doesn't, try hitting F5 (refresh) to reestablish your connection permanently.
If that doesn't help, there may be a problem with the video file itself.

Its either because the video you are trying to view is not the full video or that you are not allowing the video long enought to buffer, try playing the video pausing it until the progress bar is fully red then play it

sometimes some computers dont load it all the way b4 it plays, so it stops in the middle becuz the movie isnt fully loaded. my friends computer does that.
look at the little moving circle thing and if the bar is red, then its loaded all the way. just be sure the red is a little bit b4 the circle.
