Some of my friends say that contact lenses are awesome and some of my other friends say that contact lenses are bad for your eyes. Are they bad for your eyes?

they are not bad for your eyes as long as you wear them the right way, you have to make sure you take them out every night, clean them on a regular basis, wear them for the suggested amount of time only, and if they are irritating your eyes to take them out. what your friends might be talking about is that glasses can actually correct your vision where as contacts will not, unless they are the hard kind

No contacts are not bad for your eyes they improve your vision and it is so nice to not to have to wear your glasses and you can wear more eye make up too..the only bad thig is if you do not take care of the contacts like not cleaning or storing them properly.

There are lots of kinds of contacts out there and u have 2 experiment 2 see which 1 is the best 4 u. if u get contacts, get soft ones cuz even tho hard ones actually correct your eye if u wear them @ nite, they r hard 2 get use to and hurt like hell if its windy out. contacts r geat cuz if u wear glasses 2 long, your eyes will actually change in shape a little and with contacts, you will feel like u hav good eyes again!! I luv them!!!!!!
P.S. u cant even feel them after u get used to it!!!

no they will not harm u if u buy a good brand and keep them clean
