I know what you mean by military victory but I'd rather hear your definition of peace.

Because they have never achieved a victory using "talks". Perfect examples, Jimmy Carter supporting terrorists Arafat and Bill Clinton destroying an evil aspirin factory and calling it a victorious fight in the war on terror.

well victory doesnt have the same meaning to me and you either buddy. iraq is a third world country. when a first world country battlest a third world country itd be victory, but not so much as a good victory.
