i played holiday family feud on yahoo and when the free trial was up,i payed for the full version.i followed all the instructions and when i try to play it,it says it has to close because its having some problems.what do i do or who can i contact for help or a refund.please help.thanks

Go to this link and see if the help advice works. If it doesn't then you can scroll down to the bottom of the screen and contact customer care box down at the bottom and they can advise.

Sorry to hear about your problem with Family Feud... I can't help with the refund, but I can help if you're still looking to play an online version of Family Feud... well actually it's the UK version called Family Fortunes... It's free, and you can play as many times as you like, and there's no need to register or anything, but it does require a broadband connection as it uses real video from the show...

Seriously, it looks like you just taking part in the show yourself...

The games have an ad break showing one ad that says they're about to do a version of The Price Is Right as well.
