It depends where in Florida you will be. Since you posted in the Orlando section, I am going to assume that is the area. Orlando is usually in the 70s in March, it can get into the low 80s as well. It is pretty mild temperature wise, compared to the summer especially. Rain wise, it can still rain every day, Orlando usually has a little rain shower once a day or so, they tend to be quick. March is not one of the rainer months, but you can still expect a little.

You can go to the Weaterh Channels site to look at averages, as you get closer to your dates you can see the forecast as well. It goes out 10 days, but it is more accurate if you look closer to your travel dates. I've included a link to the averages for Orlando, you can change the location to get closer to where you will be if you aren't going to be in Orlando.

You don't want to move to Central Florida without a job lined up, especially the Orlando area. The Orlando area has a high unemployment rate and finding a job within 6 months is a gamble. When it comes to apartments, you get what you paid for. Cheap apartments are usually rundown and/or located in high-crime areas. As for jobs related to your major, you'll have to research employment opportunities yourself as that's not my area of expertise. Keep in mind that employers in Florida tend to pay low wages. I recommend saving more than $3000. More like $6000 or so to get you started. Good luck!

That really depends on where in Florida you plan on being. North Florida is different from South Florida. But if you're in the south region it will be warm, but hopefully not to hot yet. Most likely in the 80's.

I am guessing either highs in the 70s or highs in the upper 60s.
Lows in the 50s.
