You would need to already know what county they were married in. Marriage certificates are only kept on record in the county that two people were married in. Or, if you move to a new county, the couple would have to take their certifcate there, and have it registered in that county.

If you do not know where they were married, or any other counties they may have registered their certificate, then you are SOL.
