Depends if him misses wants him to look like he did before. If he needs an op he'll only be out of training for a few days.
In the old days they let them heal on their own and many players had odd shaped noses!!

i broke my nose playing rugby but was ok about 6 weeks later,but i`m not looked after like premiership footballers.
