my boyfriend and I had a lot of sex yesterday with a condom every time. After a few times I began to hurt and it seemed like when ever he went in I would feel like I have to urinate. Also, sometimes it seemed like something was blocking him or in the way.

I checked myself out today and there is a small thinly-shaped piece of skin (i guess) that seems like it shoulden't be there. I'm trying to figure out where excactly it is. I tried to see if it would come out but it hurt to pull and felt weird. I wonder if the skin surrounding the urethra tore? (he is rather larger than I am --not to be gross) I was spotting begining the first through to today (today is seems stringy red/pink).

Should I go see my gyn?

I noteiced strips of skin between my urethra and vaginal opening..I think my hymen was stretched a little too far and tore in several places.

Do college/unversity health centers give pelvic exams?

Yes, go see you're GYN. The urethra could have been damaged if the need to urinate is there. Do not tear or manipulate area for it can easily be infected and since you are spotting, that's another reason for obstaining from sex until examined by you're DR.

If you feel like you have to urinate during sex, it means you are going to ejaculate. Just let go. This also makes sense about you blocking him because as he gets your g-spot it swells. Good luck in reaching the most intense orgasm next time.
