If she is a girly girl then go to somewhere like Icing or Claires. They have alot of cheap earrings, makeup, and a bunch of cute little trinkets and accesories. Cheack those places out. They have alot of fun stuff for girls. Also if you are older than her you could make her a cute little card on the computer and after her party take her out to the movies or to the mall to shop. After that mabye go out to eat at her favorite restraunt. She might also like if you maybe invite her to spend the night but before she gets there decorate your room espesilly for her. She will absolutly love it and it won't cost you a dime! Another thing I suggest if buy a cute frame from Icing or Claires and put a picture of you two in it. She will love anything you give her because she will know that you cared about her enough to go out and get her a special little something. Good Luck!

How about a voucher towards a makeover at a photographers? If thats too much, I like the photo frame suggestions, or, take her to the movies, a girlie night out? you could rent a DVD, get some popcorn and have a fun night in, Kind of make her a hand drawn voucher up saying "i.o.u. a girlie night in with the promise of a DVD, snacks, drinks etc" Valid from " " and put her birthday date in it.
Hope that helps.

How about a cd of her favorite music? Or a journal (like a diary) with blank pages (and maybe even a lock on it) where she can write about her life, her experiences, her secrets etc) One place you can find some really neat things, dirt cheap, is at your local Goodwill store or Salvation Army store. You might look for a really cool picture frame and put a picture of the two of you together in it. Something personal that reminds her of a good time you and she have had together is always good.

a million.Bake her a cake yet make it flavor poor 2. purchase her a present that makes her seem as if a racist. tell everyone you acquire it properly off her Amazon wish record 3. See in case you'll get her dad and mom to interrupt up ON her birthday. 4. flow the guilt way: purchase her a Bible and tell her she has countless labor to do. 5. Taze her as she is blowing out her candles. Take a image for the time of that and positioned it on facebook

Beauty School needs people to practise on - they are only released on public when they are nearly ready. So they do cut facials etc!
Make over at posh counter, tell them it her birthday - some samples. Also maybe your budget could treat her to one item!
Time - plan a girl's night in! DVD, face mask etc!

get her a funky lamp or picture to put in her room. Buy her a game, purse, movie.....
For my 11 year old cousin, I took her shopping. It was a really nice day. I told her I'd spend a certain amount, and we went shopping all day, and found her an outfit she loves.

How about some jewelery. ---- CLAIRES.
Or you can always get her a giftcard of the mall or her favourite store.
I did that once with a picture of me and her in a frame, she loved it.
