Question about deleting user accounts...?

If I am deleting the user account of someone on my computer and he has the same programs and desktop items I have,will mines be deleted to?

No not at all. To remove a programs, the user must implicitly uninstall from Add/Remove program or from start menu.

no it wouldnt unless you uninstall them..probably depends on which one of you installed it.
