First off, you need an unpatched version of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories first. Otherwise, it will not work.

Also, you don't seem to be very experience, I advise you don't do it. Because one false move can make your PSP unusable. Have someone experienced to do it for you or get a PSP already hacked.
