If the theory that Television burns brain cells is true, then why do teachers make students watch educational videos?

well I've never heard a teacher say that. They usually put the educational videos to expand the lesson the students are doing at that time to help them understand of get more information. Usually once a student gets in 5th grade in science they are asked to watch the news forecast as their homework. Now yeah if the child is watching bevis and butthead or something of course that is burning your braincells. If a child watches like national geographic, animal planet, ect. they are getting useful information that might help them in the future.

You are assuming television burns brain cells. That is only a theory and NOT proven. What IS proven is that many students are visual learners and learn best when information is given not only orally through lectures , or cognitively through reading but also visually by seeing examples and by being given visual references.

I think that television burns the intelligence ...I saw many times on a chanell that that television let some so called scientist to try to convince us that Jesus had a wife...it is complettly an absurd ... thing...television should be a moral nonconventional institution , not ..imoral..If God had a wife I could have had a thousand of husbands ..and receive a crown while entering Heaven...But no comment..God ..(Jesus is also a God , having the same condition of God , as God The Father, but He is the Son who obeys the Father God ...)..Jesus never slept with a woman ...believe me...acctually believe Him...Believe that He is a God ...Our God is not Apolon , Zeus or so..Those who say Jesus had a wife , don't believe that Jesus is the Son of God , that Jesus is also a God.They think , like the sinners of Isreal used to think ...that Jesus is an ordinary man...They don't even belive in God , don't trust in God..If they trusted in God , they never dared to say such a think ..that Jesus had a wife...television the way it looks now..is an absurd concept.., the only good think is some of the cartoon and some of the films like ...Jesus of Nazareth , Ivanhoe , and Cinderella , starring Richard Chamberlain ...They talk in television without respect for people ...they don't have an opinion..they don't have a faith ..they just report news...and weather forecast..I never saw an interview with the president of my country , asking him ..what does he prefer ..tea or coffee? What movies does he like,...does he believe in God...which is his favourite actress...what does he do for God ...and what writer does he preffer , which is his best friend ...what does he want to buy as a present for his wife...what would he do in order to obtain the friendship of a country..and so on...

because teaching kids with books and word ... with reading all will fall asleep nowaday....
so for changing to movie teaching it will easy to let thm memorize it...
