No, it won't heal back. If you want it closed you'll have to have it stiched closed.

Define "heal back to normal". Do you mean to a normal piercing size (18 gauge)? If so, most of the time yes. If you go really big (00 gauge or bigger), it more than likely will always be a little bit bigger. However, you can use Preperation H and it'll shrink up. I went from a 2 back to normal size in no time at all.

My 16 yr old son had his ear pierced at 10ys, & then put a "spacer" in to stretch the hole.
He wore it for about 5 yrs before getting a job, where it had to be removed, he's had it out for a little over a year now & it still has not grown over, he has a gapeing hole!
He hates it & wished I never let him do it
As I remember, I was the one who told him NOT to do it as it would never grow over!!!

i think it will go back to normal if you have just recently pierced it. but i got my ears regularly pierced when i was like 3 and i didnt wear earrings from the time when i was about 10 to when i was 12 or 13 and they never closed up so i'm not sure. they probably didnt close up for me since i wore earrings for so long but if you have gaged your ears then they might not go all the way back to normal, but they could close up a bit

No, It will remain stretched. Possible plastic surgery may fix it.

No not on it's own. You'll have to have surgery on them if you want them closed.
