The male body in humans could conceive in a in vitro enviorment,and implant itself in the abdomen,and maybe grow for a few weeks,but since the man has no organs and natural hormones to sustain a "pregnancy",it would never reach full gestation and born alive. With a women,it's extremely rare that a fetus will come to term in a "extra uterine" or abdominal pregnancy.Hemorrhage and fetal demise would be the cause of maternal death,or emergency surgery. to save the mother's life. Abdominal ultra-sounds would diagnose this very early in the pregnancy. So the answer is No to the conception and birth. SW RNP.
