Ha...away with the fairies...your answer is hilarious.

I think you should make a like girly first aid kit to be kept in her car which will include -
1. Lancome juicy tubes
2. Wipes
3. Mascara (Bourjois/Dior)
4. Hairbrush
5. Nice hand lotion (try spacenk.com)
6. Plasters
7. An in-car mobile phone charger
8. A pair of cute pumps (to change into when she attempts to drive in killer heels)
9. A list of all emergency numbers (insurance company, AA, your work place & mobile, her mums, best friends) incase her mobile breaks
10. A map book!!!!

put it all in a cute basket/box and label....First Aid Box

then take her out for dinner, give her the box and something like this....

Now, slightly off the subject....but do you give lessons to other not-quite-so-fab boyfriends?!bless em i know they try

Could get some tasteful extras for the car from Next. They do tax holder, etc.

You could get her a designer keyring or just a nice one she would like.

They do cards in good card shops as well.

Coach sells really cute keychains.... if you have the money for stuff like that and I am assuming you might if you bought her a car. They have a cute fuzzy pink pom one made of mink but its about $100.

Just take her for a nice meal. Add her to your car insurance policy. It'll be nice for you to have a drink and she'll have the practice of driving you home!!

get her something extremely fragile like an intricate glass ornament and tell her that every time she gets in a car you imagine pushing that ornament around in a barrow with extreme caution because it's the most precious thing on earth and you don't want it broken , in other words be careful i need you .

I think the car itself is the best present.
Your girlfriend should be very happy.
Congrats to her!
