I do a lot of podcasting and would like to know how to delete them after listening.

Thanks in advance.

select the item you no longer want and press delete (or backspace), you'll then be asked it you want to trash the file - say yes.

You need to do this in your itunes music library then if your ipod is set to automatically sync it will remove it next time you plug it in - if you're not set to sync you need to delete it from your ipod by selecting it and going through your song list to find the specific item and press delete..

Delete them on Itunes first. Then the next time you plug your IPod in, it'll update it just like it is on Itunes.
