Is it true that brest size skips generations?
for example, grandma has big boobs, grannys daughter as small ones, granddaughter is big chested etc.

no that is not at all true. it all has to do with genetics and their health. lol but thats a good one, never heard that one before.

No, I've never heard that.
Breast size can have a lot to do with the amount of fat a person has. Fat becomes stored in breasts very easily. So if you have experienced or seen this, it could just be that one person has less body fat than the other.

Well, it can.Sometimes it does.For example, me. I have really small ones as ma grandma, and my mom haves big ones.
