I'm looking for a site where i can post pictures, talk with other family, have a blog, and just keep in touch with family period. So please help.

A Yahoo Group would probably be as good as anything for that purpose if you put the privacy settings right http://groups.yahoo.com
The next step up would probably be subscribing for a "1&1 Home" hosting package from:
http://www.1and1.com (US version)
http://www.1and1.co.uk/?k_id=3794345 (UK version)
and putting everything together yourself........ though they do give you some free software, and an easy to set-up blog, etc.
Or there's also free hosting from http://www.geocities.com + http://www.angelfire.com
http://www.photobucket.com is best place I know for storing pictures online.
