Some jobs, such as airline cabin personnel have a minimum height requirement for safety reasons. Don't feel victimised.

Well, if so, I'm in trouble too, I'm 5ft. 3in. which is considered short where I live, and I'm job hunting also. It SHOULDN'T deter you from getting a job, but it might anyway. I find that often others don't take me seriously because I'm short and I also look younger than I am. That can be a good thing too, of course, but sometimes it gets a little old when people always call me "honey" or say I'm cute. I'm 50 years old so you get my point.
Good luck on your job search!

No it definitely shouldn't unless like some other answers you are going for a job that does have height restrictions. If you have the qualifications and the qualities that an employer is looking for then there shouldn't be a problem.

No to both questions. Hitler and Mussolini were not tall men and they were influential though their influencial value to the world is highlydebateable.

You can do whatever your mind wishes. If you want to do something you go and do it. Height is nothing to do with brains so stop holding yourself back.
Forget worrying about how taller people are seen - it doesn't matter. YOU matter.

Unless you want to be the center for the Lakers, you shouldn't have problems finding employment.
