i would have 2 say tulips, snap dragons , strawberrys and lilies!

Petunias and Daisies are excellent plants for March.Roses need a little more care than others,but~they are beautiful and last longer.

It very much depends on your climate. But if you live where there is winter, and March is still cool, and trees are possibly still dormant...

Then trees and shrubs are excellent choices for planting in early spring. You can also plant frost tolerate vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, cabbage, peas...
