The teams would still have at least 13 days to prepare, the media would have the same time to overly-hype it, and folks attending and watching the game could then have Sunday to recover.

I realize that Saturday is not traditionally a big night for TV, but the Super Bowl on a Saturday evening would most certainly change that.

I'm just interested in what others think about this proposal, though it will never change! LOL

God yes, then I wouldn't have to use a vacation day on Monday!

No, because the games are on Sunday throughout the season. I don't think that suddenly changing the day from the rest of the season would make sense.

I'd be interested to see a ratings comparison for the playoffs between Saturday games and the Sunday games, though.

Football is a Sunday tradition so I would not support Saturday schedule.
