anybody know if I can use a image link from photobucket in my blogs? If so which url do i use. if i cant how do i add images inside my blogs?

It depends on what service you use for your blogs. Most blogs should have a button which allows you to insert a picture - you'll want to use the URL Link in that case.

i'm not too familliar with photobucket or anything but when you right click the image and go properties it shows you the URL on which it resides. just copy and paste that url and put it in your blog.

you definitely can.
on the right side of your screen you can see something called "html tag - websites and blogs", copy and paste that into your blog.
