Um ok how about instead of sending flowers, get a balloon bouquet sent instead. Its about 5 balloons all tied together and looks awsome.
I use a particular site but its here in Aus so I dont think that would help you, just google balloon bouquet.
You can also get lollie\chocolate ones dones, they are pretty awsome.
What else, um picnics rock, they are always fun.
Maybe you could set up a spot in your house, or hire a massage table, and fully set up the room with rose petals and candles etc, then give her a proper long massage with oils etc.
You could do something like take her out to your favourite restaurant for tea, but have a limo pick you up just for something different.
You could hold a treasure hunt. Have clues put into places where you frequently go together- start at your house, then maybe to the local coffee shop, her work, your work... the possibilities are endless, you could even do it in relation to your relationship- eg where you first met, where you first kisses etc etc- but then have the final clue lead to you waiting in a hotel room with candles, rose petals etc.
Thats all I can think of, hope you have a wonderful day :)

well, start in the morning with a note. kind of a like a treasure hunt. but let her have to work at the answer. when she gets the riddle or clue and finds her destination, leave a little gift. Later in the day, do the same thing. Do this 3 or 4 times until the evening when you two are finally together and go for a drive. park somewhere with a coffee and just talk. it might not be so romantic, but just being close together in a vehicle in the dark is romantic to me. When finally your done and you're leaving, say "on yeah, can you grab me my ________ in the glove box?" and when she does, there'll be a note like the other ones. when she gets done reading it, have her final gift ready for her.

Try taking her/him (I'm guessing you're gay..?) out to a nice fancy dinner. Buy her a beautiful dress to wear so she can be simply gorgeous, and when desert gets there, give her a necklace, I find silver to be much more beautiful, but that's just me, then, give her/him (Once again, I don't know), a kiss on the cheek and help her put the necklace on, then tell her you love her. The rest of the night is your twos and yours alone. I hope you have a lovely V-day!! Good luck, and sorry if you don't like my ideas... =( ...

Said this before, I like coupons. Get a nice card and in it put some home made coupons she can redeem at a future date. Be creative, one a hug, one for a picnic, one for a quiet cuddle night, a movie, a massage, you get the picture.

Um... it may sound dumb but my idea of romance would be to go to a local park and have a picnic on one of those bridge things kids climb on and then pushing each other on the swings, that is weather permitting,

I dont like Valentines Day... i rather get flowers or a card when it is not "supposed" to be. BUT.... lol- i saw this thing on myspace (a quote) that totally gave me goose bumps. Send roses... 11 real and one fake, and on the card it says " I will love you until the last rose dies..." I love it!

I take my sweetie out for a ride on my Harley. I am a member of Dykes on Bikes, while she is not. She absolutely loves the "wild side" in me.
