Windex. Just keep using a clean paper towel. If you don't use a clean paper towel it will get into the towel and just keep smeering it on the window. It will only take two or three wipes.

You can use Brake & Parts Clean. You can pick it up at any auto parts store. It comes in an aerosol spray can and costs about 4-6 bucks. That stuff will eat through just about anything.

Make sure if you get any on your paint, you wash it off immediately.

It's a good idea to spray it onto a rag and rub the rag onto the silicone instead of spraying it directly onto the window.

It might take a few minutes, but it'll take it right off.
