No, they will just blame president Bush. It is his fault that there is global warming, it is his fault China is communist, it is his fault Clinton liked it where he shouldn't have had it, it is his fault for 9/11, it is his fault their pet Rover died, on and on.

Global Warming is a lie. The temperatures of the Earth is relatively the same, except when 3 Ice Ages broke out. But, I expect we will have another Ice Age in about 100-1000 more years.
People forget this planet is 4 billion years old.
