how can i change my home page when it is blocked?

My home page is stuck on gateway.com.
It will not let me change to a different home page.
Any help will be appreciated.

try this, right click on your desktop, click new and make a new shortcut on your desktop and copy this to the target:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" http://www.yahoo.com

now anytime you click the link, your page opens. for no page to open use:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" about:blank

and for really fast opening IE, use no homepage use this:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -nohome

one bonus trick, for a fullscreen IE that you need to hit ALT+F4 to get out of, use:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -k http://www.yahoo.com

go to tools, click on internet options, then change the home page from the general tab. hope this helps
