I f someone mimes a blind person,then it arguably may,depending on where the line is drawn that separates imitating from discriminating against,if such a line exists.If they mime someone walking in the wind,it doesn't have too much to do with blind people(who are now sometimes referrer to as,for fear of being politically incorrect,visually impaired).

I don't understand the point myself, I guess some people like it though if no one watched it they would stop doing it. As for it discriminating...it's not like the first mime said I want to do something that blind people can't see so I'm sure it's not intentional
