Oh course she was. She was a human being. She was someones daughter, someones love....... You have to remember that although actors are always in the spotlight they still have feelings. Marilyn Monroe suffered from great depression and was the lover of baseball players and presidents alike. Sure she was a famous actress but I'm sure she would rather be remembered as a person.

she was a very sad, insecure human being. not just an actress and singer, she cared about people, she performed for many uso tours to entertain the military, she just wanted to be loved. entertaining was her career, she laughed, cried, hoped and dreamed just like everyone else. what more is there?
