Medications usually. Eyes dilate to allow more passage of light to hit the retina. It could be normal.

Most people with dark eyes have bigger pupils.....

BUT, you need to go to the eye Dr. and ask them.

i dont know if its bad or not. its just that your pupils are really dialated. there could be something wrong, you should ask your doctor just to be sure. good luck!
