it's a girls name and i don't like too common names and i'd prefer if it had meaning behing the name

You could name her Joy, it would go along with the middle name. It would be sadly ironic if she wasn't a very happy kid though.
You don't have to be common, but you don't want to over do names for your kid's sake.
Jewel would be a cool name also, but it doesn't sound very good with Jubilee.
